Lumpsum

My parents got me a 11 Ct200h with a salvaged title for my birthday. I wanted o get the SOS working in case of any theft but its not working. I've checked all of the fuses but none are blown. Does anybody know where this module is located so I can either make sure it's plugged in or get a replacement.

I believe SOS services requires a paid subscription. Go to your local Lexus dealership and tell them you want to subscribe to the service and have them check out the hardware while you're at it. I'm sure they'll gladly check it out for you.
