Audio crashs and erase all radio station preset

Oh, thank you for this thread. It just happened to me this morning. I played classical music for once on Spotify and the whole radio shut off and lost presets. I didn't try playing another song, but I guess that the song title was too long. Guess I won't be able to listen to Aaron Copeland anymore

This is happening to my ct. Certain podcast apps delete the presets yet it is so random - frustrating. I got thru to Lexus and they said with a newer phone (2020) and an older vehicle (2012), there is no set fix because Lexus hasn't tested the compatibility and they aren't going to. I would expect better service from Lexus.
