Default Tanabe lowering springs drop pics....

I am looking for some pics of cars lowered on the tanabe springs.

I am hoping they get rid of the "larger gap in the front" thing. Not a fan of that.

I'm also not a fan of coils I would like something as soft as stock ride as possible. (This car is used 20k pus miles a year, lowering would be strictly for looks never going to track this thing...have something else for that)

The road magnet spring rates are too high for my liking. Again soft ride is most important. But getting rid of that gap is also important, just not enough for me to tolerate a bone jarring ride for a street car driven on terrible NY roads....

I will be using f sport trident wheels so no worries about super low offset wide wheels.

I dont know anyone whos used the Tanabe springs, besides the ones you've posted. I recently picked up the Road Magnet springs. The effect youre talking about, making the front gap larger than the rear gap, has more to do with the body lines of the car. The rear fender well is simply smaller.. but most springs, including the Road Magnet springs, will make the car perfectly level, but due to the fender design, you will get more gap up front. If you want customization, go coilovers.

Coils aren't an option. Nothing to do with $, it's just an issue with ruining the smooth ride.

My vette is for sale now but I will be building a strictly track car in the future, no need the the Lexus to try and handle like a track car when it's never ever going to see track use.

I will most likely just go with the tanabe springs because of the spring rates, and see how happy I am with the stance after I install them.

I'll be sure to post pics as soon as I finish putting them in!

Just finished installing them. Install went smoothly
Ride is deff Noticeably harder than stock, but it will be fine for Daily driving for me. I think with 18's and some tires with a stiffer sidewall, however, many people would feel the ride is too harsh for "a Lexus"

I only snapped a pic or two with my phone, I have to get some good shots with my SLR

personally, I like your road magnet better, tanabe is too low in my mind, haha
