Wind noise anyone?
Has anyone noticed wind noise coming from the right rear side of the car. Sometimes its not there, but I can't seem to figure out why or where it's coming from. I tried re-closing windows and doors but no luck. I brought the car to the dealer they said its normal sound and wiped down the rubber door lining. It doesn't sound normal to me, I don't hear that noise in my Prius (but its louder in general). I don't expect super quiet, but I don't like that noise.
Let me know if you have the same issue.

yes there is a battery cooling fan next to the rear right seat. you can hear it when it's running and it sounds like wind noise or an A/C fan back there on high. it doesn't come on all the time, only under certain driving conditions.

Wind noise issues.....
Has anyone noticed wind noise coming from the right rear side of the car.....
Would like to throw this out to anyone for response:
I have a distinct wind noise/ sealing issue with the front driver's door --
also can distinctly hear other outside noises (diesel engine, etc) in traffic.
Have had the car 6 weeks and haven't had a chance to speak to the Dealer.
Not trying to picky but coming from an ISF the only issues i had were from the engine
@ 4K rpm. Maybe because this engine is so quiet it does not cancel out any outside noise?
Has anyone else noticed this before? Appreciate your responses.

Yeah, no kidding, they should know about that function on the car. I don't normally hear this as I have been driving kind of mellow since I've owned the CT, but whenever I romp on the throttle, that's when I hear the fan kick on.

Wish I had known about it before i purchased the car- I noticed it too on a hot day while driving.
My sales person told me it was AC vent and I was stupid enough to believe him at the time of purchase.
Why are there so many sales people who don't know anything about the product they are hired to sell?
Being mislead and not being able to carry out an intelligent discussion is frustrating...

I've been having the same issue about wind noise. I brought it to my dealer's attention last time I took my car for oil change and they told me it was due to the weatherstrip on door/window. They replaced the weatherstrip of the rear passenger side window last week but I can still hear the wind noise. I don't understand how the dealer doesn't know about this issue if it is really because of the cooling vent.

The CT200h is not as silent as other Lexus autos , IMHO. The engine is not as quiet, road noise is transmitted into the cabin, but the handling, ride and suspension are above all the other hybrids I compared the car to. It is much more quiet than the Toyota Prius which shares some components.
