I know I'm not the only one to ask, but would you mind sending me the dealer's info? You purchased exactly what I'm looking for. So far the the dealers I've talked to have offered to go below invoice, but not as low as what you got. I hate this part of car shopping!

I don't see how you guys are negotiating $1000 BELOW INVOICE? This is prior to rebates right?

We got the $1000 grad discount but this guy is claiming he got $1000 below invoice PLUS the rebate!!! DAMN I thought I was pretty good veteran car buyer - could it be demographics? It seems socal dealers are much more willing to work with people?

Premium, Nav, Leather, Upgraded audio, headlight packages - 8.5% off MSRP (no financing, trade). Might have been able to do a bit better, but I really liked the car and wanted to drive it home.

If you think it was a good deal, then it was.

If you don't, then why did you buy the car?

well there is a difference in deal opinion. A good deal for my would have been 28000 but they would not budge with the 29000. so far after reading this thread. I got one of the highest discount at 11%. I have seen two 12% but their cars cost more so I guess there is more wiggle room. this is a base premium meaning just the sunroof and the heated seats sets it apart from the base car.

-- Where in LA??? & is that after qualified incentives applied??? guessing 2625+1k incentive?

assuming no employee discount or other incentives, personally I think it's a good deal with current market conditions

Location: Northside Lexus @ Houston
Base or Premium: Premium
Packages:: Had the 1k F-Sport Package, the Nav Package, and one other package (I think Premium Audio). The dealer installed options listed were the Window Tint, Paint Protection, and something called Invisishield (this totaled like 800). Edit #1: Reading some of these other posts, my car also appears to include the Accessory package as we have the cargo net and wheel locks etc.
MSRP Not sure, all I know is we discussed with the salesman a bit and were able to get about 1800 off
Price Paid: Selling price was 36,695. We took advantage of the college grad rebate to bring it to 35,695

I think this was a good deal for Texans? SoCal literally has the best! Obviously mark ups on the 3M Window Tint and the Paint Protection but last time I inquired for this vehicle, they only gave me MSRP and would not budge at all--so I was a bit happy on the "deal." 3.1% APR was OK as well.

Any thoughts? Also--does anyone know what type of 3M Window Tint Lexus Dealerships use? I am considering getting a different one placed as my greatest concern is heat rejection.

Hope this helps someone!
