Just picked up Ultrasonic Blue Premium. No other options. I like it so far. Replacing 2006 Audi A3 (at least until the new body style is released).
Things I like: Bluetooth, Stereo, XM (even tho I will cancel), keyless entry, LED's, Gas milage, Customizable Settings, moonroof, virtually no maintenance!
Things I don't like: backseat room, foot ebrake, loose steering, acceleration, No touch lane change (like Audi, VW), visibility isn't great.
With the 'December to Remember' event specials, it's as-if I paid MSRP with 0 APR. Can't beat that!

In Canada the F-Sport comes with F-Sport Front and Rear bumpers that are different then in the US, quite distinct and unique compared to the normal CT's.

Obsidian color ?
I've ordered a ct200 in obsidian/ecru. 
Fellow obsidian owners- How hard is it to keep clean? Does the dark interior really draw/keep more heat? I live in Texas.

Yes, much more responsive IMO. Let me know what you think! Re: mileage, if you drive the same way as in Normal mode, I've heard the mileage is about the same, though being in sport mode is much more temping to drive harder! That's why I don't use it unless I want to take a corner hard or pass someone fast.

My new CT200h!
Greetings! Haven't visited here in a while now since I traded my RX400h ~3 years back. Very glad to have another Lexus back in my garage, another hybrid no less 
1. CT Premium
2. no Nav
3. Graphite/caramel
4. Upgrade audio system
5. No F-Sport
6. No mods planned
7. No other cars was in consideration, either the CT or nothing.
It was a bit of a decision choosing between a 2012 Nebula/Caramel or the leftover 2011 Graphite/Caramel. The extra $1k savings ($3k vs $2k) and the darker shade of gray of the Graphite color was the deciding factor. The car was built in August anyway so it was just before the switch to 2012 build I guess. Car had 6 miles on the odometer. Considering the engine is no fully broken into yet, I got great MPG in my first day of ownership. I love the caramel interior. I love that only the seats are caramel and everything else is black, great contrast. I've always had all black interior it's gotten very boring.

PS if anyone in northern NJ is shopping for a CT, let me know I'll give you my contact. From my research in the past few weeks it seems that ~$1k off is typical. I was offered $2k off without even asking. I've purchased many cars in my lifetime. He is by far the most professional, absolutely no pressure. I felt (still do) so bad not giving him my business, plus this dealership is much closer to my house for service.. I got a GS400 from him when it was the hottest thing and the inlaws got a RX300 from him.
