Great video, thanks.

The CT looks really good in motion in this video. Hopefully it looks that good in real life, because some pictures of the CT have been disappointing. That could just be the tendency for modern Lexus designs to not be very photogenic.

Very slick marketing in that new HD video .

Hopefully this does well for Lexus in Europe.

I believe that the only thing this car is missing is a little more power. The Prius powerplant is good for those who are ultra-green-conscious, but I find it difficult to promote a car as the "darker side of green" and a "sporty hybrid" when it has 134hp and does 0-60 in ten seconds.

The more I think about it, the more I realize that they really need a 200ish or so horsepower variant to live up to the "sporty" claims.

As for now, the CT/Lexus marketing is all bark and no bite.

Dude I so agree and said that months ago! The "Dark" campaign is silly to me since the car has like 14hp. Lame. The GS 450h or LS 600h are far darker since they are far faster. I wonder could I beat teh CT with the LS at the track

Car needs optional engines QUICKLY!

^^^ Not good....its like HS deja Vu so far...

And EVO just drilled it and I am a fan of their writing....mind you they gave the IS F 5 out of 5 stars

http://www.evo.co.uk/carreviews/evoc...id_review.html

Chief engineer Osamu Sadakata says Lexus is considering a 2.0-litre turbo engine, which is exactly what the CT200h needs.

Completely agree. This car just doesn't have enough power to make it fun/spirited/sporty.

It's not just about more engine choices. You don't need horsepower to go into a corner, but you need to be able to feel the limit. Lexus need to find a way to inject that "feel" into the steering systems of their sportier models, or all the 0-60 and lateral G stats in the world can't save their "sporty" models from feeling boring on the road.
