Hi Danny,

Ref H11 Philips X-treme Ultinon LED Bulbs.

I am new here. Appreciate if you could advice.

My ride 2010 IS250 2nd generation come with halogen headlight. Its low
beam bulb size is H11. As Philip website stated it is meant for Fog light
(mine bulb size 9006) can the above Philips LED bulb work well if i replace
them with my low beam halogen?

No - they will not be bright enough.

You're going to want to go with the XenonDepot H11 LED headlight bulb.
