For those who are on the fence about this product, it is definitely worth it. It's not very costly, and the rewards are plentiful. I'm always driving, so having someone in the passenger seat input all my addresses for directions makes it so much easier. Sure, we can all use our smartphones to do this sort of thing, but to have it integrated into the OEM unit is more than adequate for me. Along with this, the best part has to be watching movies while driving. Long drives, while certainly fun in my IS F, can be a bit monotonous if there's traffic or nothing exciting in our field of view. So watching movies, more so for whomever is in the passenger seats or when I'm in traffic, can make the drive more relaxing and pleasant- something that couldn't be done while in motion with the factory unit. And above all else, the customer service is as top notch as a vendor can get. Prompt responses with any technical aid or parts, installation help....they're there to help. It's a great product that adds to the driving experience when called upon.
To those who have it, there's no more worrying about pulling over to input an address or location, which was something I hated doing if I was in a bad cell reception area or going somewhere I'm not familiar with. A driver's passengers can't be bored if there's something on the screen to keep them entertained. I know why Lexus chose not to have the navigation usable while in motion or having a DVD playing when one should be focused on driving, but for those who need something convenient that benefits their driving experience, I for one think it's worth it.

Unfortunately, this model will not work for the 2014 Toyota Highlander. You will need the NT6522.
I can offer you a special discount on that one as well.
Will send you pm in a moment

Hi Beatsonic,
I previously purchased the first version and haven't installed it yet and became aware of the 30 sec limitation that other early adopters weren't so pleased about. Any chance for a trade in since I've not installed it? Could you please PM me? I kept getting bounces so not sure if my PMs are getting through.
Many thanks!
