225/70R16 Currently on closeout for $67 per tire. These fit Lexus RX300 and many other non-Lexus models.
BF Goodrich Winter Slalom KSI
The Winter Slalom KSI (Key Snow and Ice) is BFGoodrich’s Studless Ice & Snow winter / snow tire developed for the drivers of passenger cars, Crossovers, SUVs and light-duty pickup trucks looking for the ability to get where they need to go in the worst wintry weather. Winter Slalom KSI tires are designed to provide traction ready to handle winter’s cold, wet, slushy, snowy and icy roads.
The Winter Slalom KSI features a unique micro-pore rubber compound mix that provides a grip mechanism to generate traction on ice and snow without a significant compromise to wet grip. Diamond Cut Block Edges add rigidity to improve treadwear and handling on dry roads while Full Lateral Grooves (FLG) increase tread void to help evacuate rain, slush and snow to improve hydroplaning resistance and deep snow traction. Its symmetric tread pattern features an optimized sipe configuration that provides 160 feet of high-sipe density biting edges to maximize winter grip. While the tire’s internal structure includes twin steel belts on top of a polyester casing to satisfy the needs of today's vehicles, most sizes are also reinforced with BFGoodrich’s ETEC System (Equal Tension Containment) of spirally wrapped nylon to provide a consistent footprint and maximize tread area contact to enhance winter driving control.
Winter Slalom KSI tires meet the industry's severe snow service requirements and are branded with the mountain/snowflake symbol.
When the Winter Slalom KSI is approximately 50 percent worn, a winter tread depth indicator molded into the design lets the driver know that the remaining tread is reaching the end of its ability to provide beneficial snow traction.
