REQUEST:
Can you just set the minimum GB count requirement and asking price you've most likely already factored? You're commitment list will just get filled up quicker this way.

Can you explain what is a fog light cover and what is a fog light housing?
Are you saying the first 3 kits doesn't come with fog lights but everything else? and only kit 4 has the fog lights?

FYI For ALL....
Awesome GB Nigel.... 
Will be spearheading this project for Nigel here in SoCal.. So the first buyer in SoCal will be getting an awesome deal plus "Professional" Install on these JDM - OEM Parts..
Guys, Package #4 - comes with everything, including the very expensive OEM LED Fog Projector housings..
Packages # 1 - 3 - give you the ability to buy everything BUT the LED housings, in the event you install a 3rd party or aftermarket Fog Lamp..
Not sure how it will mount, but won't be as clean as the FULL OEM setup.
For those of you asking about DIY, just think about installing FOG LIGHTs on a car with NO WIRING present..
I wouldn't call this a simple Plug & Play install, but you do have to know what your doing..!!
Other wise you take the parts to a professional for the proper install.

I do know that when I removed my bumper to wrap the grill surround I found two unused connectors where the fog lamps would be. I cannot say for certain if that is what they are for, just that I saw them.

But will confirm once I see the actual connector..
If it is a FOG connector, it will bridge right off the main harness for the headlamps.
