Yes the holder is included. You can reused your emblem or buy a new one like I did from Sewell Lexus for about 35 shipped.

To all 06-08 ISx50 owners, I was told by multiple vendors, online stores, and kazz japan themselves that the grille is officially discontinued. So quickly get these from nigel before it's all gone and at a amazing price
