^^^^Yes they do. I have forwarded your question to Anish and he will be posting here shortly. The IS350 has extremely capable four piston brakes and I'm sure that Speed Freaks can offer a replacement pad to suit your needs.
Can you tell me more about the carbotech? I use to use the Hawk HT10 Pads with my original (Supra) brakes and was very happy with them, if there is something equivelant from Carbotech please let me know!
Cheers!
Ill let Anish expand on this and tell you a little more about Carbotech, but in short they are excellent race pads that you can safely drive to / from the track and they don't produce corrosive dust that can damage wheels or the paint on your car.
XP10 and XP12 would be the closest pads to the HT10 as far as torque levels. However, the carbotech products will have a much broader temp range.
I currently have Carbotech XP10 front and rear in my car right now. I daily drive it (even with temps being as low mid 30s at night) with ZERO problems other than some noise during light stops. On track I cant say enough about them. It took me a few 20 minute sessions to get used to the initial bite as I kept getting into ABS, but I soon adjusted my braking accordingly and I have been very happy since. I will say that even though the initial bite is high, its not an "on / off switch". Carbotech prides themselves on control and superior modulation and my experiences have backed this up.
