I'm about to purchase the Volt kit for my Lexus IS350 2006. How does the 2 year warranty work? Do you guys have contact information (address, phone, email?) in case problem arise in the future?
Also, one of the HID fog lights on my another car (IS250 2012) keeps going on and off, Tommy @ Music Box suggested me that either the bulb or the ballast malfunction and ballast is more likely to die. If so, do you sell a single HID ballast replacement? Thanks.

Hi,
As per your questions:
1) The Volt HID kit comes with a 2 year warranty that is handled directly through us. You can email us or call us toll free @ 1-877-522-2701. We have been in business since 2001, and a supporting vendor on this forum since 2004.
2) We do sell replacement ballasts, but I would honestly suggest swapping your existing ballasts left to right to confirm that it really is the ballast - it's up to you though.
