The HID bulbs to lose lumens over time even though you haven't used them a lot. Have you tried to swap the bulbs to see if its in fact a bulb issue?

Hey Danny,

Yup, I swapped the bulbs this weekend and it's a bulb issue. I know that HID's lose their lumens over their life, but to have changed colors and be half as bright compared to the other one, which were both installed at the same time, seems like there's a defect in that one bulb.

Hi,

The bulbs do come with a one year warranty, so if there is a problem with the bulb we will definitely get it swapped out for you.

Please send us a PM with your order number so that we can pull up the order info.

Sent you a PM, Steve. I placed the order more than a year ago, so my bulb is out of warranty. I do recall emailing you about noticing my bulb's dimness issue 6 months after my purchase though, which would have been within the 1-year warranty.

Hi,

Just replied. Looks like you ordered your bulbs 3+ years ago.

I notice theres a difference from the 4300 to the 5000k advertisememt. 4300 direct oe replacement says theyre authentic where as the other says its made from phillips glass...not a phillips product itself.

Byw..any discount codes atm?

Have you tried installing these in a 2007-2009 ES350's halogen projector?

Which HID bulbs were you comparing? As for discounts, it would depend on what you wanted to get.

One is a Philips product and one is a XenonDepot. 4300K is what OEM HID bulbs are so that's why the Philips 4300K is OEM authentic. With the XenonDepot ones you can select the color you want; 5000K, 6000K and 8000K while the Philips ones are only available in 4300K with that model but we do also carry Philips 5000K and 6000K HID bulbs too.

Just read few of the comments in this thread. I was wondering do you sell the Philips D4S Ultinon 6000k bulb only 1 not a pair. 1 of my bulbs has been burnt and I spent $260 and bought a pair on eBay. Was just wondering I can find just 1 bulb and pay half that price instead of a pair price.
