Hi Xenon Depot,
I received my order but my order Philips Bulb upgrade 4300k & Philips 9005. I opened the box and saw Xenon NO NAME (my order Philips Xenon 4300k), i don't think its a Philips Bulbs.
I need Xenon Depot explain and respond to me soon. I cant wait!

Duy,
Philips does not make rebased 9005 hid bulbs. Philips hid bulbs are only made with OEM D2,d4,d1, etc bases - not aftermarket halogen bases. Any "original" Philips markings are only found on the original d series bases, hence you will not find original Philips markings on rebased Philips bulbs.
Having said that, Philips hid bulbs have a unique shape and design - which is completely different from Asian made capsules.
The bulbs in your pictures are 100% genuine Philips capsules.

Duy,
(1) As per my post, the picture that you are showing is of a Chinese made bulb, that has the word "Philips" printed on it. The "Philips Germany" that was printed on the base of your bulb was NOT printed by Philips, and certainly not printed in Germany. Chinese vendors are notorious for selling fake Philips capsules, which is specifically why we source our bulbs from Korea.
(2) The bulbs you have are the updated rebased Philips bulbs. Notice that your bulbs have metal prongs (similar to OEM), whereas the bulbs in the review you referenced do not have them (it's an older review). You will also notice that the Philips bulb that you are comparing to in the review also does not say "Philips" on the base. "Philips" is trademarked, so it is illegal to stamp that on an aftermarket base that was not made by "Philips." If someone else wants to take the risk of doing that then it's their business decision.

Hi XenonDepot,
I purchased a pair of XenonDepot 5000K HID bulbs less than 3 years ago and one of them is already 50% dimmer and has turned yellowish compared to the other one. I think it's a sign that it's about to die. That's only about 36,000 miles, and I barely even drive at night. Why's it dying so quickly?
