Our company system is designed to authorize and capture at the point of sale, we use to have problems where we forget to charge our customers and the credit card would be removed out of our systems within 5 business days resulting in a double loss. This structure allows us to filter out 99.9% of human error when charging our customers.
Garax 6000K bulbs are out of stock in the U.S. and Canada, the only way to get a set at the moment before the next container arrives is to have it shipped here directly from Japan. The container should be released by customs very soon, I apologize for the long wait. If you no longer want to wait for your back order to be fulfilled you are entitled to a full refund anytime.
