Highly recommend Mod-Express, ordered a set of Garax 6000k D4s bulbs and a set of GP Thunder 9005 3500k bulbs. Shipping was free for the Garax but not for the GP Thunder bulbs during checkout. Talked to a sales rep regarding checkout problems, he was super nice and even waived the shipping for the GP Thunder bulbs, so basically got free shipping for the order. Would definitely order from again if I every need more bulbs.
