I was just checking the 2011 Sport steering wheel on your website. I have a 2008 IS-f. My concern before I buy this is if the sport button on the wheel work? Will it replace the sport button below the steering wheel? Or can they both be active?

I have ordered from them many times and they are great. I am 100% happy with them. Prices and shipping are reasonable but the only thing is that it is hard to get to speak to someone on the phone. I have tried calling many times but no one picks up.

i literally just got my TTE door sills, k&n recharge filter,k&n filter, And gen 4 10.1 nav update disc this morning.....just ordered them fri
i personally never had this complaint....
everytime i called before Peter (he's the one i prefer to be helped by) has gone out of his way to help....havent tried calling in awhile though, now i just use PM or emails

Darrel, I tried to buy few stuff using the Lexus Loyalty Card I received from Lexus due to the Valve Spring Recall, but I received an error while checking out saying that there is something wrong on the card. I just want to know if you accept the Loyalty Card or not. I could email you directly but I figured this will help inform not only me but others who received the same card from Lexus. TIA

For those of you with the Loyalty card from Lexus, you may need to call the toll-free number on the back of the card to allow for an online purchase. We suspect this protection feature on the card is for the customers benefit.
