those you should leave alone.. those are just a parking lights.. they not suppose to be bright
i heard that someone actually replaced them with more bright ones.. also i know for a fact that '98 comes with less bright parking light then any other years, due to some law in US where parking lights must be on at all the time while your car moving so they made them bit brighter.. here is mine..
