Just giving you an update that its been well over 2 years and I have NO issues or failures with any of your LED products!!!
Quality products for sure..
Do they make any LED bulbs for our IS-F Fog Housings??
I would definitely like to run a crystal ion yellow or white that matches our oem 4300 hid bulbs.
Just like the putco 194 whites..

To upgrade your door courtesy lights you would need to get an additional pair of 194 LED bulbs to upgrade the door courtesy lights. The Lexus IS interior LED kit will only upgrade your vehicle's map and dome lights.

We do not carry LED bulbs that you can install in your fog lights. They are available however the problem is that they will offer you almost no useable light output. They may give you the color that you are after but you essentially will be giving up your fog lights.
I would consider going with either a 3000k HID kit or Putco Jet Yellow bulbs. Here are some pictures of our Jet yellow bulbs installed in an ISF:
