so the 99.00 ones power hids on you low beams as well as your high beams so are the dual ballasts

Yes, 2 ballast is all that's needed. Our Bi-Xenon are one HID bulb that moves up and down for high and low beam. One ballast per HID bulb.

good hid easy to install .. nicely package ... i install them on saturday and havent had a problem yet compare to my other ones that flicker on and off. ballast seem to be smaller then my other ones so that is a good thing easier to hide it.
