Just to clarify things guys: the grille comes unpainted. Meaning, in its raw plastic form. While it is true that LX-Mode sells their grilles in a gunmetal color, with a color code that they didn't even give to us, we got these from them before they went through the painting process so that you guys can get them painted to match your IS.

More questions.... 
Does the ISX50 Grille fit for the 09+ IS?
Similarly, does the GS Grille fit on the 08 or 09 GS?
The grilles changes for these cars and I couldnt find any indication of "new versions" on the LX-Mode website.

You are entirely correct. The new '09 IS and GS models have different grilles (which I confirmed with the part numbers) and LX-Mode still has no indication of a new grille for the above mentioned models. But to answer your first question: these grilles will not work on the new '09 models.
