how do i buy the latest updated navigation disc for my 2007 Lexus RX400h, I have never updated it since I bought the car new, but now that I am visiting Phoenix - it really is outdated.

(nav 8.1 disk, no discount for being a member showed up although i signed up as a clublexus member - thats ok it not the expensive)
but the issue is it is quoting me a ridiculous amount for shipping to 11235
Standard Overnight $5059.57
Fedex 2 Day $3674.91
Fedex Express Saver $2405.71
Fedex Ground $636.88
does not seem right to me ?
can someone look into this...

I think the shipping rate has been fixed but promo code ain't working.
