Lumens -- which product are you looking at specifically?
Turn-signal -- anytime you upgrade a turn-signal bulb to LED you would need to select the canbus option to prevent any fast flashing.
We've got a pretty cool 2015 Lexus RC 350 lamp repacement guide on our site (in case you missed it).

I've bought from Vleds and superbrightleds, do your bulbs differ from their? Do you have better warranty? My friend is telling me to get the V3 Tritons from Vleds. He says he loves how bright they are, but at that price??
