I've never messed with the interior lighting before. I know in a previous post DIY you said you could do it in 30 seconds, but does it require any soddering or special wiring? or does it directly plug into the original wiring?

It is Plug AND Play.
You only have to open the cover and take of the orginal bulbs then put these into there.
If these lights do work with the puddle lamps, I would buy two more. I am already planning to get eight for the whole car. Thanks for making me spend money Nigel haha. Now I must see if I should buy the LED side mirrors.

hmhm, I actually have no idea. But they are good enough to fit anywhere for your interior.
