it sounds good. but i had to use my stock filter. anyone elses filter about a half inch too big??? sucky!

No. It should fit with the new air cleaner box. It will be tight, but just use the clamps and lock em down.

No problem with the filter for me... It does sound a lot different with the intake and exhaust installed. Still getting used to it.
