Yes, I think we'd all agree the tail lights are expensive. They're original equipment, US Spec tail lamps and we're finding an increasing number of IS and IS-F parts are becoming more expensive relative to similar pricing structures in the past. ^ Me too. I still don't understand why the price is only $10 less than the regular CL price....unless the price has gone up from what the website shows

At least this way my wallet has time to recover from the other GB's

According to their website, the one's from Sewell are supposed to include the harnesses and bulbs.

But, while we're on the subject of harnesses, could someone tell me the reason that the harnesses / bulbs are needed.

1) You can't reuse the original harnesses?
2) Are the factory (non-F) bulbs orange or clear?

You should've gotten the whole assembly...outer lights, harnesses and bulbs.

In my case I did briefly try to reuse the original harness but for some reason the new bulb wouldn't fit. So I just used the harness that came with the lights. The stock bulb is clear while the IS-F bulbs are amber.

Booo.. Mine never came with the harness or bulb. I had to get my own. Owell, it only cost me like 40 bucks. The original harness don't work with the IS-F tails and the original bulbs don't fit. I think it was mentioned before, but just saying it again. =)
