Here are some details

The Blitz throttle controller enables alteration of the electronic throttle controller on many newer vehicles. Through 4 different modes ranging from Economy to Sport the reaction of the accelerator pedal can be altered to suit economy or performance.

Economy Mode
Designed to provide smooth throttle response for street driving providing greater fuel efficiency

Sport 1
Throttle is opened greater at lower revs compared to standard, providing faster low down acceleration but with no modification once the revs increase.
Sport 2
The throttle is opened at twice the rate of standard acceleration, designed for sport driving and circuit use.

Sport 3
Extreme sport and circuit use, the throttle is opened at four times the standard accelerator action.

** An optional safety feature for the Blitz Throttle Controller is Blitz's Reverse Cancel Harness (must be purchased separately). This safety harness automatically sets the Throttle Controller to your vehicle's stock throttle map when reverse is engaged and then resumes your specified map once you are back into a forward gear. Right now is a good time to get it, first Toms had it for 520.00, then Blitz has is for 420.00, and now its on this GB. So pricing is definitely there. Also if you searc youtube there are videos of it in action.

Any experiences with these throttle controllers? Is the Tom's any better than the Blitz's? I understand that it won't generate any more horsepower but to eliminate the " Drive-by-wire " lag to virtually none would be great itself. So in manual mode, will it feel like it will shift any faster since the throttle response is quicker? OEM manual mode has quite a bit of delayed response IMHO. This is an awesome price. So tempting but I'd like some reviews if possible.
