Could you please tell me the differences between the Lexus OEM Serius integrator, Vais SL2S and Directed TOY-SC1.
I do know that the Vais offers 16 characters on the SAT display and the others (?) offer only 10.
Anything else?

All of our products do turn the iPod off when you turn the car off. Unless it's used in SIMPLE mode. SIMPLE is a special mode on SLi, SL2i and SL2Vi when you choose to manually control your iPod.

We don't recommend to connect your laptop hard drive to MultiMediaLinQ, as it won't be able to withstand automotive environment.

For the MultiMediaLinQ,
Since it is emulating an MP3 CD, does it have the same limitations on the number of folders, and files per disc, that it can recognize?
Also, how does it play through the albums? Does it start at the first folder (01 - Album Name), then flows through till the end, then repeats?
The website does not have much info. When will there be more info on this product, and when will we be able to buy it?
Thanks

mid 400's is a little high + install costs. For that, would not mind seeing a built in 10 Gb or so built in storage ability, but ok... Off soapbox. Is this something that I will be able to install? Love that you are bringing something like this to market and I know that with R&D included, it is what it is. Thanks!!!!

VML will install exactly the same as any of our products, it'll connect on the back of the head unit.
MP3 emulation has a limitation of 999 folders and 999 files.
Installation and operation manual will be available on our website by the end of next week.
