Should not require an adjustment due to the fact you'll only be removing the endlinks and the brackets that hold the bar to the frame.

You will need to to drop the rear axle to install the rear sway bar, therefore, you might want to do an alignment.

Nigel, thanks for the PM. After seeing the work involved with installing the rear sway, I think I'm going to hold off for now. If only I had more free time!
