Here is the weight of the hood with the rain guards that come with it. Im pretty sure its a little lighter with just the mesh that also comes with it.. Thinking about < 24LBS.

D did you ever get a chance to weigh the OEM hood, 24lbs. seems like that is Really Lite compared to an OEM one! I really Love the look of it compared to the stock hood. Thanks
