Received a pair today and installed it. Biggest takeaway is that the light behind the ***** being much more visible and cool looking in the dark. The stock ones, aside from looking and feeling so cheap, prevented most of the light coming through. Good stuff!

I tried pulling out these ***** with my bare hands and they would not budge. The RX however comes right out with ease.

I just had a RC350 F-Sport loaner, would the drive mode **** from the RC fit? Sample pic below.

Nevermind. After researching a bit more, it looks like the thing is a whole drive mode selector piece and not just a **** replacement.
