Intake and tune all set. Now just have to do a bunch of pulls. Thank you Josh and Rafi for the very prompt replies to my questions!

Does anyone know if you need to disconnect the o2 conditioners after you install the tune? I am still throwing a check engine light.

What code(s) are you throwing?

The reflash should do away with the need for a conditioner, but I would see if your codes even relate to the o2 sensors before removing it.

I have P0157 and P0139. I have the conditioners from the PPe headers. I think they went bad a few months back and was constantly getting those two codes. The tune should def eliminate the CEL. I'm thinking maybe with the conditioners still attached it is interfering.

Definitely seems o2 related then. I'd uninstall the conditioners and see if any cels come back after that as a first step.

Agree^^^^^^^^^^take out the O2 conditioners then the CEL should be gone, there was another incident just recently that someone posted about where he was throwing a CEL with the conditioners still installed along with the tune, after he removed the conditioners the codes went away.

That's what I figured as well. I will take them out and see what happens

RR-Racing 87mm Tuned Intake with 79mm throttlebody vs 84mm RCF throttlebody.

Rafi, would a RCF ( bluetop intake manifold ) be useful to gain some more HP from the ISF , the TB will bolt right up and it has a larger surge tank and should match up to our heads and such , But It may cost a little bit more than a Ported ISF intake manifold.

Good question for Rafi?? Have no idea, all we know is that the RCF throttle body didn't produce anything meaningful, but maybe with other supporting mods maybe??

Sure, its possible, but RCF has larger intake valves... so most likely you have to do headers, intake manifold, and throttlebody to see all the gains.... and then keep in mind, RCF also has higher compression ratio and 800 psi higher DI fuel pressure -- so there are a bunch of factors that get the RCF its bump in power.

I was looking for anything to stay N/A and extract more power out of the ISF, and not really sure where the bottle-neck is now ( as I have all the power bolt on's ) and have heard of the ported intake manifolds making more power , was curious ( looks like a ported one will be less expensive than a RCF) I like what RR has done so far for the F, and hope that there is still some more HP to gain in N/A form, we have all seen that the their SC is soon to be out and I'm not really ready to take that leap as of now

^^^^^ Might have to just try it problem is that port work is not cheep and it's unlikely you'll get more then 10whp...happy to be wrong though.

Last I had read extrude hone was going to run around $800-900 if it was half that it wouldn't be too bad to take a leap of faith and try it.

a few years back ( before tune was out ) some place did some porting to the intake manifold and got 13+ RWHP , so this with new tuned intake/larger maf/ tune -- could yield better results( along with headers + full exhaust of course) that was with out a bigger TB or larger MAF, If you do keep us in the loop
