Tuning Tech FS (often referred to as TTFS) is a new vendor to the forum. We would like to introduce ourselves to this community and give some background on who we are and what we can offer.

TTFS is owned and operated by Frank Smith, a long-time racer, and speed and performance expert with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Frank's dedication to quality results and exclusive customer service have shaped his unparalleled reputation. His tuning talent and proven results rank Frank Smith among the best tuners in the world.

As former founder and owner of South Florida Performance (SFP), in Miami, FL, Frank used his expertise with domestic muscle cars, engines and chassis to pioneer the imports revolution in the late 90s. He was among the first to compete at the professional level on the NHRA Sport Compact series. His superior engine building and tuning skills propelled his team to achieve groundbreaking results in these extremely competitive classes. All the while, Frank traveled all over the Caribbean and South America racing, tuning and consulting for race teams.

After relocating to the mid-Atlantic in 2007 and a few trips to Europe, Frank's focus and passion turned to the European automotive market. He used his vast engine building and tuning experience and expertise to make custom remote tuning a reality for high-end imports. With a trusted team of software experts, Frank has brought to the market custom data logging solutions and the ability to re-flash factory DMEs with performance tunes for Audi, BMW, Mini, Porsche, Mercedes, Range Rover, Nissan, Toyota, Dodge SRT applications, and more. The proven matchless results have set new tuning industry standards.

And with that, what began as Frank's leisure pursuit, Tuning Tech FS has grown into a renown top of the line tuning facility in Crofton, MD.
At TTFS we offer personalized test and tune sessions for almost any make and model, import or domestic. TTFS houses an AWD data linked load bearing dyno allowing for testing and tuning of 2WD, AWD and FWD vehicles simulating real world conditions. We have all the latest tuning software and tools at our disposal, so we can provide the best guaranteed results to our customers. In addition, TTFS offers performance engine building services, modification installations, and maintenance.

TTFS is also very active online and in the community. We have a Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube pages as well as numerous vendor accounts on automotive forums. We also host dyno days and roll racing events yearly to get the community together.

Frank Smith and his team have received countless awards and accolades throughout his career. TTFS has also made strong relationships and partnerships with key players and vendors in the automotive industry, so we can provide the best service to our customers.

TTFS continues on the path of enhancing and developing new tuning technology that will improve drivability, power, and usability to levels never thought possible. It is Frank's personal goal to be the leader in cutting-edge performance tuning.

Currently the TTFS team is working on tuning the Lexus platform (RCF, ISF, IS200T, IS250, IS350). We are very excited about this platform and plan to continue to add more Lexus/Toyota tunes in the near future.

Default Lexus Custom ECU Tuning!

UPDATE


Sorry for the lack of updates but we have been hard at work! We need the help from the Lexus community so we can get remote tuning via the OBD to you guys as soon as possible. What we need is 10 Lexus owners (We prefer owners of all different models: ISF 2IS, 3IS, RCF, ect) to purchase our tune with tool combo so we can build our file library. Once our file library is built we will no longer need to have ECU's sent to us and all tuning can be done via OBD and our tool.

The first 10 customers who purchase our tune/tool combo will get the package for a intro price of $795. This includes our tool which is $350 value basically for free. You will have to send us your ECU and we will send you your ECU back with our tool and stock and tuned files. With the tool you can switch between stock and tuned files if you need to go to the dealer ect. You can flash to your ECU as many times as you like. If we come out with any revisions we can email those files to you at NO CHARGE and you can load them to your ECU using your tool. You can have multiple tunes and switch to them as you wish with our tool. Once you have sent us your ECU you will never need to remove it again. All future flashing will be done via the OBD using our tool.

By the first 10 customers purchasing this tune/tool combo they will be helping us and the lexus community by allowing us to build our file library so we no longer will need ECU's sent to us and everything will be 100% OBD custom tunes moving forward!

after market exhaust ans sikky header with tuned only 400 rwhp ? my car with out tuning has more rwhp then that . am i missing something ?

TTFS, what RPM can you raise the rev limit to? On the dyno chart it looks over 7k which is very nice.

Do you have any shifting issues by raising the rev limiter that RR Racing has experienced?

This would be a great option for those who want a higher rev limit with good power gains.

I think we already answered this in the RR tuning thread. Different dynos read lower or higher, Dyno is a tool, the "gain" is what's important. If they used the dyno you used, that car would probably show 430whp or more.

Looks like TTRS gained about +30whp on top of I/H/E which is on par with the RR Racing tune. The difference I see here is that TTRS was able to raise the rev limit to what looks to be 7400? Very nice...

TTRS, are you having any shifting issues by raising the rev limit? If everything is smooth, it looks like a very good choice for those who want a higher rev limit.
