I'm sure Simon or Rafi will do one unless they want me to post but still waiting on them for the files and instructions. The box doesn't come with instructions. Inside you get the device with 2 wires and a usb stick. My car is already tune so its no point in trying to mess around with it.

would it be possible to do to the ISF what has been done to the newer ( ford 5.0) I have heard someone who had ( I guess it is called a GHOST cam) with just a tune the car idles like it has a fairly large cam in it , I thought it was pretty cool and would be a cool feature to offer with the tune, what does everyone else think?

That would be awesome! Some aggressive cam lope with an open exhaust to flex the V8 haha. I miss my e92 jb4. You could change maps on the fly via steering wheel control. So many options like exhaust valve control, e85 maps on the fly, flex fuel, launch control. It was really cool. Maybe one day we will have functionality in our flashes and tunes like that.

There is no Flex Fuel avalible for the N54, I think your confusing it for the E85 or Meth injection map options. But yes, JB4 does give some nice user friendly options. N54 tuning and 2UR tuning are totally differant so steering wheel controlled user options wouldn't be worth it at this point.
But yea I know it's totally different. I was just spoiled I guess. From tuning my Hondata k20 del sol back in 2008 when you had to wire your ecu pin by pin cause there were no swap harnesses available, supercharged Nsx on aem, my jb4 e92 and everything else in between I guess I am just bummed out on how slow things have been going for the F. The motor has such great potential. Easily can make 500whp + all motor with the factory bottom end. Just lacks heavily on the tuning support.

Simon hooked me up with a PayPal invoice for it on Sunday...just the device was $150 plus the $22 I paid for return shipping on the ecu way back when the tune was first released (I never shipped out my ecu since I heard about the OBD route).

Those are discussing the techstream software, not the ODB tuner software. I know I could run bootcamp or whatever, but if that's the only thing I need it for, I would rather not waste my time doing it. So I'd still like to know if the software that comes with the handheld tuner works on a mac.
