Default RR Racing "RACE" version of the Ultimate Steering Response System (USRS)

Well, its been in development for the nearly three months, we have been beating it at the track, and crashing it on Pennsylvania's "finest" roads.... The USRS "RACE" version will soon be available.

Yes, our existing USRS is very stiff and gets the job done, but for those of you who track your cars and run race rubber, we made a new "race" version bushing, that is totally streetable, easily serviceable, and gets the job zone with zero deflection but reduced harshness compared to solid metal bushings.

We will also offer this as an upgrade to our existing USRS. No special tools are required to make the upgrade, just press out the original bushing, and replace with the new bushing and oversize shaft. Upgrade cost will be very reasonable.

will this be available only as an upgrade to the current USRS or will we be able to purchase the whole unit(including the bracket)?

This will be available as an upgrade to the current USRS, or as a plug and play complete package.

We expect the upgrade price will be $150, and the complete package price $425. But that is not set in stone yet.

BTW, The large diameter aluminum shaft you see will be hard anodized for wear resistance, and Teflon coated, so it will appear different than in the picture (dark grey color).

That's a subjective sort of opinion, but its not too much worse. That said, if you do not track or run R-comp tires, I really recommend sticking to the standard USRS, not the race. It is plenty stiff, no NVH issues, and is less expensive.
