We have not tested the diffuser with the ARK or any other 4.5 inch tips. I can tell you how much space the diffuser takes up in the exhaust cut out area. It adds ~3/16th of an inch (or 4.75mm). If the clearance between the stock exhaust cut out and the top of the exhaust tip is greater than his it will fit. You can decide where you are comfortable with the clearance.
