Ladies and gents, I'm happy to announce that we've just released the iOS version of Carista: a mobile app that lets you adjust your Lexus Personalized Settings (LPS) by yourself, as well as do do full dealer-level diagnostics.

The app has been available for Android for a while, and is now finally available for iOS as well! You need a WiFi OBD adapter in order to use the app with an iPhone, iPad or iPod (running iOS 8). We have provided some example links here: http://www.caristaapp.com/hardware/?platform=ios

The exact settings that can be configured on your car will depend on the exact year, model, factory options, market, etc., but here's an example of what can be done on one specific 2014 Lexus IS350:

About how to specify the user-specified value: I don't know the exact procedure, but if I remember correctly, it has to do with adjusting the mirror when it's already tilted down. Not sure though.

I've been a user of the Carista app/dongle for about a year now on my 2016 is350. Been a beta tester for about half that time getting an opportunity to test some of the newer customization features. Main reason I purchased this was for the customizations and specifically the TPMS feature for Lexus. Instead of taking my vehicle to the stealership I can customize what I want without paying the 70 bucks for them just to re program my TPMS when I swap between summer/winter rims.
I would highly recommend this product for those that have been considering it.

I wanted to turn of the DRL's but it won't do it. I e-mailed them and they said it wasn't available depending on your country, perhaps they should put disclaimer in under the feature.

Canada and Europe seems to have almost the same software. Some features can't be set. But still a great app

I recently purchased Carista and some app features are pretty cool but are limited. What's hard to figure out is what custom features are available on your car so you can enable or disable them. What sold me on Carista was the fact that I could use it on multiple vehicles otherwise I'm not sure if I'd buy it just for one vehicle.

Can we disable the "seat belt off" warming chime with Carista? I don't think I see this on this thread or on the Carista website. If not, is there another way of doing this?

Yes both front seatbelt chimes can be disabled! One of the first changes I made. I don't need no stinking chime to let me know I'm not wearing my seatbelt. The all windows roll down when you press the key fob is also kinda cool on a very hot day. What year model Lexus do you have?
