Yes, it is free overall (free parking, free to spectate, free to compete, no vendor fees, etc..) . Its just a small community and local one. Nothing too big, think of it as a pregame for Clean Culture the week after

That's too out of the way for me as I am in Pomona. Would you guys be willing to settle a central meet up location in perhaps Artesia/Cerritos?
