Default Definition of "much cooler"?

Yesterday was oven like hot, a buddy told me in his area his car thermometer read at 108F. He drove in from Vegas and he said it was cooler there...lol. Looking at the weather today the forecast states "much cooler than yesterday". Yesterday our area was 105F and by 11:30 today the temp was 102F, is that "much cooler" to you? Just have to love the weather people.

It is October and the weather is still nearing the high 90's...
Talk about cooling down!

I'm hoping we get hit with this storm that's supposed to happen. Might be a pain in the *** for a few days but at least we'll get some water.

Yeah ^ It's been reaaaaaaallly humid lately as we all know. Went outside at 4am a couple days ago, and felt just as hot as it did mid day due to the humidity.

Thankfully, most of us have AC in our cars/trucks LOL

The "rain" -sprinkle lasted about 3 minutes and was sufficient to collect the dust-dirt into round blobs on the Corolla. Was hoping for a complete rinse down. Am gald for the cooler weather.

The media had me scared...by the tone I'd almost call a board-up service in preparation for the 1/64" of rain. One of the business people we know in Cen Cal relayed they had .25" of rain and it came down hard.

I do hope we get some good rain. Had the broken tiles on the roof fixed back in August because the news suggested we may have a wet winter. Their definition of wet winter is 1/32" of rain, double the 1/64".
