Custom Molding
#2
There are a few recommended shops here on the forums. One that stands out is Platinum VIP off the 605 between the 210 and 10 freeways. I actually ended up going to a collision center that was highly recommended by a few tuner shops and some guys who've worked on exotics and higher end vehicles.
Be prepared to shell out a good amount wherever you go. Custom work won't come cheap, and most importantly, keep going back to see how the molding looks before they paint. There's no going back after they paint it all and begin blending with other parts of the trunk and rear pillars.
Honestly, I couldn't be happier with the job they did. They went above and beyond their work, and insisted I constantly check in on them during each phase while it was in the shop.

DTM autobody in El Monte molded MyRide diffuser for me and quality is top notch. Paint match very well, and fitment and everything was good. I had it for more than 1 year now and the mold and the paint is still flawless. They did mine in few days (less than 1 week for sure). Yes, their price is also very reasonable. They work on many cars for SEMA show too. Contact Long the manager.

For the trunk molding, from start to finish it took about 2.5 weeks. Not bad, but it's best to call ahead and if you're really set on the shop you're leaving your car with, see how many other projects they have lined up. But when I gathered info on a timeframe to complete this, it took anywhere from 2 weeks to a month, depending on the shop and time allocated.
