Hello CL.... I'm looking for any members who know how to DIY Timing Belt / Water Pump replacement OR who knows somebody who can do it in LA / OC area.

I have a 2nd Gen GS300. It does not have any problem... just wanna do preventive 90k miles maintenance.

The reason I'm asking for DIY members is that I would like to learn & see hows its being done. Not that I expect you to teach me or show me step by step. It just that I will be there to help & observe..... I figure out that this is the best way to start learning about my own car.

I know there's a lot of DIY instruction out there but I'm honestly not mechanically incline nor have the tools & don't want to mess up anything as this is my only daily car.

I could choose to just send my car to any reputable shop but then... I'll not learn anything.
I prefer to pay somebody DIY & could learn at least something along the way.

I really like to start learning my own car from somebody who are well versed in DIY....
Let me know if you are willing to do it & earn some extra cash on the side... or.... know somebody who can do it.
