i know there are tons of aftermarket tire shine products out there but i want to know exactly what product the OE dealerships use. i'm sure it is bought in bulk, probably not available to the public, does not last very long, but applies super easy and looks very good!

I don't know the exact brand, but I believe every dealer can choose what products they use. It's definitely a commercial product sold by the gallon or larger sizes.

Something like meguiars hyper dressing which can be diluted to achieve ideal gloss would be a very similar product.

they used water based tire dressing for obvious reasons (price, shine control,product,product efficiency) . Top two major dealers use is Megs hyper dressing or majestic solutions tire dressing.
