Pretty much any auto shop or quick oil stops will do. Its all done the same way. Call up some local shops and ask for their labor prices.

surely you have or know someone that has a driveway, a jack and some jackstands and some tools to do it yourself right? would save you some money doing it yourself.

If you want a place to go, I can't recommend Tom's Car Care in Bellflower enough... I've known the owner for years. He'll tell you exactly what he'd do if your car were his own. He has a 2nd gen LS400 himself, and, apart from alignments, has been the only person to work on my father's '96 LS400 or my mom's '91 LS400 since the last time either visited the dealer at about 6 years of age. The place doesn't look like much, but he's one of the last honest mechanics left on Planet Earth. There's no other place I would take my IS unless, once again, it were for an alignment, which he lacks the equipment for.

The Oilmen in El Monte is quite popular for a quick lube place that is trustworthy. $15 if you bring your own stuff.

Red Box in Alhambra is a Toyota specialist that gets a lot of smog check business. They charge $8 if you bring your own stuff.
