it's not exactly a one lane road. That's Glendora Ridge Road that goes to-and-from GMR Mt. Baldy, it's just pretty narrow. And it's not too bad at all, just keep it within your limits. As far as CHP, I personally haven't seen them on GRR though I think I passed a ranger. I see them more on San Gabriel Canyon going up from Azusa. GMR will be a hit or miss for CHP presence. Was going down hill one time as one CHP was going up and another time in the middle of the night blocking the road a good 3/4 of the way to the top.
