Itinerary
The itinerary for the day is posted below. Please pay attention to the details especially the roll in time
- Everyone participating in the drag race MUST arrive at Irwindale Speedway by 8:30am for tech inspection. Without inspection you will not be allowed to race. Please refer to the ground rules section for the Irwindale Speedway track rules
- Lexus and Scion roll in starts at 9:00am. Please work with the staff and follow their directions accordingly. Due to the sheer number of cars, we need to roll in all the cars efficiently.
- There is no point in arriving too early. Vendors need time to setup their displays and drag race inspection takes time. Arriving too early will only back up the traffic on local streets
- In-n-Out truck will be serving lunch from 12:00-1:30pm. Please follow instructions to order your food. NOTE: meal ticket is required for food, no exception
Ground Rules
- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. PERIOD.
- Entrance is from Live Oak Ave.
- Raffle tickets will be given to registered attendees.
- Food vouchers and goodie bags are only available to registered attendees as well. Once they are gone, they are gone.
- If you plan on drag racing your vehicle, please read and familiarize yourself with the Irwindale Speedway Drag Rules. All racers will be subject to these rules, and must pass tech inspection in order to be eligible to race. http://www.irwindalespeedway.com/dragstrip/street_rules.html
- Sales of ANY KIND are prohibited on the racetrack grounds. Anyone caught conducting business of any kind will be immediately asked to leave by race track security.
- While in the display/parking area, speeding, revving, and burnouts are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Anyone caught doing this will be immediately asked to leave by race track security.
- Absolutely NO alcohol or ANY illegal substances allowed at the event.
- We have consulted with CHP and Irwindale local law enforcement, and they are aware of this event. When arriving/departing, please obey rules of the road. CHP will be on the lookout for displays of excessive speed on the convoys and streets around the race track.
- Registration does not guarantee you a t-shirt. There is a limited supply of shirts, and only registered attendees are eligible to receive t-shirts. Once we run out, that's it.
Perks
- Each registered attendee will receive a raffle ticket
- Each registered attendee will receive one In-n-Out food voucher
- Each registered attendee will receive one goodie bag with a lot of surprises inside
- Lexus drag race participants will be eligible for trophies on best times for the day
Recommendations
- It is going to be a very warm day, please make sure you plan accordingly. Bring plenty of drinks, coolers, tents / canopies, sunblock, chairs, etc... You will be liable for the safety of your tent setup against vehicles.
- There will be separate parking areas for Lexus, Scion, and general spectators. There will be staff directing traffic and where to park, please work with them since we have a lot of cars to accommodate that day.
- We are expecting over 1000 cars at the event, we expect traffic to be backed up on local streets AS WELL AS freeway exits. Please be patient and be considerate.
- Keep in mind local PD and CHP have been notified of the event. They will be on the lookout for any illegal activities, do not give them any reason to pull you over
- Due to the size of the event, we have increased security and law enforcement presence throughout the event.

rominl, the ADA requires businesses to allow people with disabilities to bring their service animals onto business premises in whatever areas customers are generally allowed.
So no pets are allowed with the exception of service animals, correct?

Touché. The distinction between ESAs (emotional support animals) and PSAs (psychiatric service animals) are PSAs are task-trained and are not there solely to provide emotional support. People often confuse ESAs with PSAs. I am sorry I called a service animal a "pet."
