Closest place I know of to Torrance is City Tire in South Gate on Atlantic (http://www.citytireonline.com/). You can also get great entertainment while getting tires mounted. Last time I was there, I got to witness a high speed chase pass by right in front of me. fun stuff

I called City Tire, they dont have the no touch wheel mount. They use the claw still.

Ezrims4rent.com. Not sure if they can do stretched fitments but they have the tire mounters. Some people don't know what a touchless mounter is so you might want to ask if they have a Euro mounter or European tire mounter. Or you can try Discount Tire/ Americas Tire

I think American Tire Co does touchless mounts. Buddy of mine got his done there. Says so on the website too.

what's "no touch tire mounting"? When the mount the tires, it doesn't touch the rim? O.o
