what ecu is your car tuned on, might have more options if you are willing to make the drive up to Orange County.
What does your car have on it right now as far as modifications go, if it's just bolt ons you can probably get away w passing smog but if it's turbo i'd probably just pay someone off

But for tuning on a greddy e-manage you have a lot more options since it's a piggy back system and not a stand a lone. In OC you can try:
