OP, I would actually look up the reviews on DDM Tuning. A lot of forums including here have had many issues with DDM Tuning. Sure they have lifetime warranty, but personally I had two bad kits in a row and said enough with their kits.
Currently, I'm using HID's from HidExtra. I've seen good reviews from XenonDepot also.
PD put a post about it,

I hate DDM tuning...I've purchased 4 (yes, 4) separate sets of HID kits from them before. and none of them worked until this day. there's always been something wrong with them...
non matching color temperature....faulty bulbs...dead ballasts....sigh
yeah there's warranty, but its a hassle to go through them.

I've had my DDM Tuning HID's for nearly 3 years now. Bought both low beams and fogs the same time and had never had any kind of issues whatsoever with them. Never even blinked once. And I've had 4-6 sets of made in China generic ones before these and never, I mean never had problem with those either.
Since these kits are DIY's, maybe people who said they've had problems multiple times were because of how they handled the electronics? I mean, isn't it weird that a lot of people(including me and some more that I know) have had never experienced any problem with them and a handful says they've had problems with every kit they had?

Products being sold now are nothing like what was being sold in 09. Manufacturers have found even more ways to cut costs which unfortunately results in even higher failure rates and lower quality.
I'm not saying that we are the only ones that offer quality HID kits however we have been a trusted HID kit vendor on this forum for roughly 6 years for a reason =)

DDM quality went downhill. I had them in 09, still good to this day. Bought 2 kits for my gf's cousin last year, 3 of the ballast died within a few months. Yes warranty is easy if you're local, but it is certainly no fun dropping by every few months just to save a few bucks. Used to think DDM was good but now they just suck.
Best bet is to cop a set of Denso from theretrofitsource.com. Will run you about $160 for OEM ballast and $45 for Morimoto bulbs. Or you can look into ^ too lol
